Twelve Week Program:

Includes 20 hours of live virtual instruction, a personalized DiSC Management Profile, and more than 90 minutes of on-demand microlearning content.

Ten 2-hour live virtual workshops will occur on Thursdays at 9:30-11:30 EDT and will be recorded so participants can catch up if they miss a workshop.

Personalized Everything DiSC Management Profile describing participant’s management priorities and preferences. The 27-page report includes guidelines for improving the ability to direct, delegate, motivate, and develop others and ways to work more effectively with superiors.

One-year access to twelve, 5-10 minute on-demand microlearning lessons on topics such as how to amplify listening skills, create meaningful connections, ask for feedback, and grow in self-awareness.

Program Fee: $895.00

Option to add a 60-minute live virtual coaching session to debrief DiSC Management Profile, discuss ways to leverage learnings to become a more effective manager, and explore opportunities to deepen connections with direct reports. Optional Fee: $495.00
