About Emily Rogers

Emily Rogers’ “genius” is asking the right question at the right time with the right tone. Her joy lies in equipping each individual, team, and organization she interacts with to be purposeful, lead mindfully, and leave a lasting legacy.

After spending 12+ years as an executive leader and trusted advisor to Fortune 100 brands, professional sports teams, entertainment properties, and global nonprofits, Emily left her role as President & Chief Growth officer of IEG—the world’s leading authority on sponsorship consulting, research, and valuation—to focus her energy on developing empowered leaders and teams.

Emily’s primary passion is to propel leaders, accelerated growth companies, and established businesses to optimize long-term success. In 2013 she formed her business, Emily Rogers Consulting + Coaching, which exists to support leaders and teams and growing and realizing their full potential and purposeful and balanced ways.

As an executive coach, she brings value to organizations by emboldening leaders through highly skilled coaching, which inspires untapped potential to surface. For more than a decade, Emily has built trusted relationships with more than 1,000 leaders across a myriad of industries, walks of life, and stages of careers—and championed their success. She is energized and deeply fulfilled when coaching young high-potentials, entrepreneurs, senior executives, and CEOs of Fortune 500 and Inc. 5000 companies as they pursue their goals.

As a leadership development trainer and team coach, Emily has facilitated over 350 workshops and retreats. During each engagement, her goal is to leverage individual and collective strengths while forging a pathway for meaningful and sustainable change. She finds joy in helping teams build trust, strengthen their organizational culture, and collectively achieve organizational growth. Emily values partnering with teams who seek to accelerate transformation that creates positive change and powerful ripple effects benefitting relationships, organizations, and communities.

Described by The Ledger as bringing a “fresh face to leadership,” Emily authored a monthly column on leadership excellence for 6+ years. She is a sought-after speaker who has presented throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Recognized as a thought leader, she has been published and quoted in Forbes over a dozen times and frequently guests on radio shows and podcasts.

In 2022, Emily was a finalist for the ATHENA International Leadership Award and was awarded the Lakeland Chamber Small Business of the Month for January. In 2021, she was a Lakeland Chamber of Commerce Businesswoman of the Year Finalist. In April 2023, Emily established a collaborative partnership with Polk Vision to facilitate a county-wide leadership development program and strategic initiative which amplifies the collective impact of Polk County’s leaders.

Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and master’s degrees in Reading & Language Arts and Educational Leadership. She has completed an advanced Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching training program with CRR Global. Emily is certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile™ and Collective Leadership Assessment™.  In addition, she is a member of the International Coach Federation, Institute of Coaching, Central Florida Development Council, Lakeland and Winter Haven Chambers of Commerce, and the Lakeland Economic Development Council. In July 2023, the Florida Trend’s 65th anniversary edition named Emily Rogers among the “people to know” in Polk County.

As a volunteer leader, she serves on the boards of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Central Florida.

She and her husband live on their family ranch in Lakeland, Florida where they grow citrus and raise beef cattle.

About Marci Taub

Marci is passionate about leading by example and exceeding expectations.

As Director Client Services, Marci oversees projects ensuring clients’ goals and objectives are met. She manages resource availability and allocation and ensures every engagement is delivered on time within budget and scope.

Prior to joining Emily Rogers Consulting + Coaching as Director, Client Services she spent 20 years developing and executing strategic marketing partnerships for companies including American Express, Intel Corporation and the PGA TOUR.
As a volunteer leader, Marci develops fundraising campaigns for local non-profit organizations in her community.

Marci graduated from American University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and later earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She and her family live outside of Chicago.
