This 18-week professional development program is designed for women who are leading teams, were recently promoted to a new leadership role, or are preparing for career advancement. Women who care deeply about realizing their full potential through professional development and personal growth will thrive in this program.

The program will also utilize the powerful Leadership Circle Profile™ as a 360-degree assessment tool offering valuable perspective about your current leadership strengths and opportunities. After a 75-minute, one-on-one debrief of your report with Emily, you will receive one, 60-minute individual coaching session focused on your leadership development priorities and actionable next steps.

Fifteen Week Program:

Includes twelve hours of live virtual group coaching, one 75-minute individual Leadership Circle Profile 360® debrief, and one 60-minute individual executive coaching session focused on your leadership development priorities and actionable next steps.

Live virtual workshops will occur Wednesdays 9:30-11:00ET. If you are unable to attend a workshop, a recording will be available.

Fee: $3,250.00

Option to add a 60-minute live virtual coaching session with Emily, you, and your boss to share your leadership development priorities, review the highlights of your 360 report and discuss how your boss can support you in your development. Optional Fee: $495.00

What to Expect During Workshops:

    Each 90-minute live virtual workshop will offer an engaging and supportive space to become more self-aware, gain confidence and explore new perspectives. Emily will share rich insight, provide useful models and frameworks, encourage meaningful conversation with colleagues, and provide quiet time to reflect and journal.

    The eight workshop topics will include:
    1. Qualities of high-performing leaders and orientation to the Leadership Circle profile
    2. Why relating well is essential to leadership success
    3. Leadership Circle Profile 360 group debrief
    4. Why self-awareness generates conscious choice for leaders
    5. Understanding your reactive tendencies and how they limit your effectiveness
    6. Why high integrity and courage are “must have” leadership qualities
    7. Why systems awareness is essential to legacy leadership
    8. How leaders achieve results that matter most

    Over the past 5 years, participants have reported overall program satisfaction levels of 4.8 out of 5. They describe the program as extremely relevant to their roles and increased their level of understanding of leadership effectiveness by 98%.
